What you need:
- 1 c. kale
- 1 c. spinach
- 1 pear
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 c. seedless grapes
- 1 c. ice
- 1 c. coconut water
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
What you do:
- Remove the core and seeds from the pear and peel and pit the orange; add them to your blender
- Add the remaining ingredients to your blender and blend all until smooth
- Enjoy your smoothie immediately
