Glowing Skin Smoothie

Give your skin a healthy and natural glow with this green smoothie that is packed with lots of minerals and vitamins!

 

What you need:

  • 1 c. kale
  • 1 c. spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. seedless grapes
  • 1 c. ice
  • 1 c. coconut water
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

What you do:

  • Remove the core and seeds from the pear and peel and pit the orange; add them to your blender
  • Add the remaining ingredients to your blender and blend all until smooth
  • Enjoy your smoothie immediately

Treat your hair to a hydrating and deep conditioning treatment that will leave it looking and feeling soft, shiny and healthy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

 

Directions:

  • Mash the banana and avocado together using a fork
  • Add the olive oil to the mashed banana and avocado; mix well
  • Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry
  • Apply mixture to hair

  • Rinse with water
  • Follow up by washing hair with shampoo

  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. jojoba oil

Directions:

  • Mash the banana using a fork
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed banana
  • Apply to clean face (avoiding eye area)
  • Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Rinse with warm water
  • Follow up by rinsing with cool water (this seals pores, locking in nutrients from the mask)

Directions:

  • Rinse with lukewarm water
