Relaxing Foot Soak for Achy Feet

Achy Foot Soak
Soothe and relax achy and tired feet with this foot soak!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. of Aloe Vera
  • 1 tsp. wheat germ oil
  • 20 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl of warm water; mix well
  • Let feet soak for 15-20 minutes
  • Follow up with your favorite moisturizer
*You can also combine all ingredients and use the mixture as a foot rub as well rather than a soak

Relaxing D.I.Y. Peppermint Foot Soak

Give tired achy feet a rest while relaxing in this minty peppermint foot soak!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • 2 oz. vitamin E oil
  • 2 lb. Epsom salts

 

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients; mix well
  • Transfer to a container for storage
  • When ready to use, add 1/8 cup of mixture to a foot bath of water
  • Soak feet for 15-20 minutes
  • Rinse with water

Relaxing Foot Soak for Callused Feet

Give tired and callused feet a break with this relaxing and softening foot soak!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup baking soda (for each gallon of water you use)
  • Water

 

Directions:

  • Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to each gallon of water you use (1 gallon water = 1/2 cup baking soda); mix well
  • Let feet soak in water mixture for 30 minutes
  • Rinse with water
  • Follow up with lotion
