Cinnamon Hand and Foot Soak

This spicy soak will leave hands and feet feeling super soft!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

 

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl; mix well
  • Microwave the mixture for 20-30 seconds until warm (but not hot)
  • Soak hands and feet in the mixture for 10 minutes
  • Rinse with water
  • Follow up with your favorite moisturizer

Relaxing D.I.Y. Peppermint Foot Soak

Give tired achy feet a rest while relaxing in this minty peppermint foot soak!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • 2 oz. vitamin E oil
  • 2 lb. Epsom salts

 

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients; mix well
  • Transfer to a container for storage
  • When ready to use, add 1/8 cup of mixture to a foot bath of water
  • Soak feet for 15-20 minutes
  • Rinse with water
