Hydrating and Nourishing Egg White Face Mask

All of the vitamins and healthy fats in this 3 ingredient face mask are just what you need to combat dry skin.  Your skin will be left looking and feeling soft, smooth and healthy.

 

What you need:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp. greek yogurt (plain)

What you do:

  • Mash the avocado in a bowl until you get a creamy and lump-free paste-like consistency
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until you have a creamy paste
  • Apply the mixture to a clean face and let it sit for 15 minutes
  • Rinse the mixture off with warm water and follow up with a moisturizer

What you need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. honey

Directions:

  • Cook the carrot until soft; mash using a fork
  • Mash to avocado with a fork, add the mashed avocado to the mashed carrot
  • Combine the remaining ingredients to the mashed ingredients; mix well
  • Apply to a clean face (avoid the eye area)
  • Let sit for 10-15 minutes
  • Rinse with cold water

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera gel

Directions:

  • Mash the avocado using a fork into the aloe vera gel
  • Apply under eyes onto clean skin
  • Let sit for 10 minutes
  • Gently wipe off and rinse with warm water

Directions:

  • Mash the avocado using a fork
  • Combine the remaining ingredients with the mashed avocado; mix well
  • Apply to hair from root to tip
  • Let sit for 1 hour
  • Rinse with water
  • Follow up by washing hair as you regularly would

  • Mash the banana and avocado together using a fork
  • Add the olive oil to the mashed banana and avocado; mix well
  • Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry
  • Apply mixture to hair
  • Let sit for 20-25 minutes (for even better results wear a shower cap)
  • Rinse with water
  • Follow up by washing hair with shampoo
