 Corn Facial Mask for Dry Skin

Combat dry skin with this super easy corn facial mask which has a high protein and fat content, both great for dry skin!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cob of corn

 

Directions:

  • Grate a fresh cob of corn, straining off the liquid that comes from it
  • Gently pat the corn liquid onto a clean face
  • Let sit for 15-20 minutes
  • Rinse with cold water

Slough off dry and dead skin with this Asian inspired body scrub which will leave you with radiant and glowing skin!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ground rice (can be grinded in a blender)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients; mix to form a paste
  • Apply to skin and gently massage into skin for a few minutes
  • Rinse with water
